Talent Development
In order to spur the growth of the content development industry, we have stepped up on developing local talent, and have begun offering many internships, apprenticeships and masterclasses train the next generation of content developers.

We are also revamping our current infrastructure, updating our materials, and bringing in a greater number of trainers to ensure our new talents receive the best training possible.

Funding
The MAC3 Co-Production Fund has a size of RM80 million, and will focus on funding high-quality, international co-production projects in the fields of animation and games. This will in turn lead to the employment of 600 people over the next 2 years, who will be involved in content creation and production.

Creating Awareness
To create greater awareness amongst the public, especially amongst the younger generation, MAC3 has launched a nationwide awareness campaign in order to promote the prospects of the content development field as a viable and vibrant career.

Besides 4 pilot programmes to reach students in schools directly, we have also participated in career talks, job fairs, and recruitment drives across Malaysia to promote the opportunities in the creative industry.

Shared Facilities
Companies selected to join the MAC3 programme will enjoy world-class infrastructure and facilities at the MAC3 Business Zone, where they will receive various training modules and mentorship programmes in order to fully develop their content production capabilities.

Future and passionate content developers will find the MAC3 Learning Zone to be the perfect vehicle for their endeavors. Besides a state-of-the-art infrastructure such as a Technology Training Lab, Electronic Cinema, and a Creative Resource Centre, M-CMCI also has various talent development programmes designed to attract, train and excite future content developers.
